The Best Valorant Skins in 2022

The Best Valorant Skins

Overview

The best skins for all weapons in one place!

We don’t have thousands and thousands of VPs in the pocket, ready to spend on individual skins. So, here’s a rundown of the best skins in Valorant across all weapons. The absolute crème de la crème.

Glitchpop Phantom

We’ll start with the Glitchpop Phantom, which goes for a very nice purple and blue theme with gold highlighting.

Glitchpop Phantom

The stickers on the gun might be tacky to some of you, but we’re sure others will adore them.

Prime Vandal

Okay, let’s move now to another very popular weapon, the Vandal, and for this gun the classic Vandal Prime skin has to make it into any best-of list.

Prime Vandal

It’s such a clean and majestic aesthetic, what’s not to love. What some of you might not know is that this skin also improves the weapon's controllability by it giving bright, and easy-to-follow tracer rounds.

Ion Operator

That was a tough one, but Ion is our pick for the Operator.

The Operator has quite a few skins that change how the gun functions in-game, and that’s why choosing the best Operator skin is so tough. Still, that simplicity and beauty just totally got us.

Singularity Ares

Now, let’s throw something to the Destiny fans.

Singularity Ares

What is more to say; it's simply a beautiful skin for your mini Vandal.

Prime 2.0 Odin

Speaking of beautiful skins, our next one is a top 5 skin based on pure aesthetic.

Prime 2 Odin

I mean, see for yourself, it’s just luxurious. Plus, it provides tracer rounds that make this weapon far easier to control.

Elderflame Judge

Judge is another highly situational weapon, but as we said, that’s no reason not to dress it up with pretty skin.

Elderflame Judge

Now, the Elderflame collection is not the cheapest, but it is worth the Valorant Points for how unique it is. Guys, this literally just replaces your gun with a dragon – who doesn’t love that?

Forsaken Spectre

This one is possibly my personal favorite on the list.

Forsaken Spectre

Sure, Spectre isn’t the dueling powerhouse it used to be, but the Forsaken skin is still one of the best in the game. The bright green tracers and awesome sound effects make tap firing with this gun a joyful experience. And the white/gold aesthetic is timeless.

Ruination Ghost

We’ve spoken a lot so far of skins improving how easy the weapon is to use, but nowhere is this more true than with the Ghost.

Ruination Ghost

Ghost is one of those weapons whose impact varies so much depending on which skin you choose. And although the goal of increasing clarity while looking cool is hard to achieve, we feel like the Ruination Ghost does this the best.

Ion Sheriff

Another Ion skin, and this time for the Sheriff.

Ion Sheriff

Depending on your taste, you might prefer the futuristic design of the Singularity skin, but we personally love the simplicity of the Ion. It’s like something straight out of looper.

Magepunk Marshal

But you didn’t think we would get through this list without mentioning a Magepunk weapon, did you?

Magepunk Marshal

Pro players and content creators widely agree that this skin is one of the best for the weapon, because of the clear traces that allow for better adjustments on the follow-up shots.

Ion Bucky

Let’s move now to the other end of the fashion spectrum, from the vintage to the sci-fi

If you want something more retro, then well, pass on this skin, but if not, this one is truly the best you can get.

Infantry Guardian

Let's go with something retro and gritty.

Infantry Guardian

This skin is a little something for the players who don’t like the cartoony look of Valorant, but are there for the gameplay.

Bulldog Convex

Another, less cartoony option, is the Bulldog Convex.

Convex Bulldog

Bulldog is one of those guns that has been pretty neglected in the game, so we don’t expect this to be popular among many of you, but who knows, there are still some Bulldog users out there? Right?

Sovereign Stinger

Speaking of the less popular weapons, next up we have the Stinger.

Sovereign Stinger

Well, I don’t love this weapon, at least because it’s one of the hardest weapons to control in the game. But if you’re going to use it, then do yourself a favor and use the Sovereign skin.

Prime Frenzy

Although the Glitchpop and Elderflame skins are more flashy, the Prime still does the job for me.

Prime Frenzy

The weapon itself is pure garb, though, gotta be honest on that one. But still, if you want to use it, go for the Prime, there's just no better pick.

Oni Shorty

Now let’s deal with the Shorty.

Oni Shorty

It’s fallen completely out of favor with most Valorant players, but the ones that do remain loyal to it mostly prefer the Oni skin. The skin itself is not that special, but it does make the gun look bigger and more badass.

Classic Neuroblaster

Okay, this next one is not that great aesthetically, but it really improves the Classic.

Neuroblaster Classic

Because you can see every bullet leaving the gun, you can judge the bullet velocity and follow-up shots more easily.

Melee: Prime 2.0 Karambit

And to end our list: the Prime 2.0 Karambit!

Prime 2 Karambit

With so many high-quality knives being released in the game, in such a short span, it's really hard to know which is the best. But for us, this skin is definitely the one.

Right, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, that was your complete overview of the best skins in Valorant. We hope you found what you were looking for, and if not, check out our other skin listings!
